Why Me?
When I was born my mum looked at me and thought ‘this child is different’ and she wasn’t wrong! I spent a lot of time and energy trying to be ‘normal’ but it always left me miserable and wondering why life was so hard. Over the years I’ve learnt to embrace my glorious ‘weirdness’. Though to many it still wouldn’t be obvious that I’m a bit more unusual. It’s not always easy to tell!
My name is Anne and I come from two lines of family who had clair skills. However, it’s only been in my generation that it’s become more acceptable and so more public. I suppose it would have been strange for me not to end up on this career path with all that I know and do.
I am skilled in all the clairs but my dominating clair is clairsentient. Everything I do and know has a feel to it for me even if I also hear/see/know it at the same time. If I’m not energetically happy in a situation, you’ll see me looking physically uncomfortable (rather than covering or averting eyes/ears etc). For me it’s as real as you physically touching something and sometimes just as painful!
Being spiritual and ‘knowing’ things that the non psychic person cannot see/hear/sense is as normal to me as breathing. I do it all the time without thinking and that’s from a combination of instinct, learning and lifetimes of knowledge.
As well as the ‘weirdy’ stuff I also lead a quite normal life. I have two children, a partner and a lot of animals. I love reading, baking, crafting and gardening and rarely go a day without chocolate or cheese! Nature is my natural go to when I’m stressed or worried and there’s nothing like a hairy hug from my animals to make the world a bit better.
